Inversiones Miranda Green Park, C.A.
comisioned venezuelan architect Enrique Palacios for the design
of a small 3400 m2 lot to contain a 6 house development. The
architect´s proposal for the site organized six 3-floored
houses arround a single private street.
The design conveys a sense of a spanish
villa with a tropical twist opening the street views to the
beautiful "Cordillera del Avila" surroundings. Both
architect and developer were looking for the depiction of
this picturesque site and architecture through the use of
3d imagery and animation to be used for sales and promotional
material.
This graphical material would be used
for brochure, sales poster and stand presentation at kiosks
and sale offices, as well as for print publication.
Dreambox Studio developed 3d models
for houses and site complex, 3d perspective and plan color
ilustrations suitable both for print and digital presentations.
And for the live stand show we also created an architectural
cinematic walkthrough.
